Sermony Travel and Tours general policy ensures that we are always available to our clients should they need service at any time of the day. We are fully aware that the travel industry is a 24/7 industry that never sleeps and as such we offer the full complement of travel services to our clients.
Otherwise, we are also always eager to assist during our general office operating hours. We are also available on a wide array of communication channels including e-mail, WhatsApp, and on social media platforms should it be necessary to enable you to access our services in their most convenient form.
Sermony Travel and Tours will send through electronic tickets and deliver physical hard copy tickets to you should you require them. We can also provide our blank ticket wallets if it is acceptable to enable the remote printing and onward handover of tickets to the end users.
Sermony Travel and Tours will dedicate to you a specific Travel Consultant to whom enquiries and quotation requests can be directed to. Another backup consultant will however be available should the dedicated consultant be unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
A dedicated consultant allows for a structured communication and feedback loop between yourselves and Sermony Travel and Tours to allow for swift feedback and decision making. Sermony Travel and Tours will provide 3 flight route options (where possible), guided by cost-effectiveness, travel convenience, and other prevailing conditions such as Covid guidelines and geopolitical considerations.
Tickets will only be issued after our client has considered the best option for the purpose of travel and written communication (email / WhatsApp message) is received with the issue instruction.
Sermony Travel and Tours has a standard response time of between 30 minutes to 1 hour (from the time of receiving requests under normal circumstances), depending on the complexity of the request, to which feedback will be provided if the request would need more time to be processed and the reason for delay.
Depending on your internal processes, they would be allowed time to consider and provide feedback back to us about the provided options. Information will also be provided regarding how long the provided fares will be available for — as some fares may require immediate confirmation while others will allow more time.
Upon issue confirmation receipt, the tickets are issued in between 10 - 15 minutes after which the ticket(s) will be sent through.
Advance Issue of Tickets & Services Sermony Travel and Tours will issue tickets and all other billable services for corporates in advance of payment. Also, in line with our company policy, Sermony Travel and Tours will extend a line of 7 working days credit from the date of invoicing. This timeframe should be enough to process payments while also allowing Sermony Travel and Tours to manage cash flows, enabling services to be provided to other demanding clients.
